The relevant building covenants form part of the Contract of Sale and we recommend you consult the sales agent to obtain a copy of the building covenants for the relevant lot and obtain independent legal advice regarding the building covenants.

Covenant Approval Procedure

Your design must be checked against the Warner Lakes Building Covenant before construction can begin on your lot.
In order to receive covenant approval for your home design, please follow the approval procedure as outlined on Page 5 of the Home Design Guidelines (above). Please allow fourteen working days to receive a response to your application. Ensure that you provide all of the required plans and attach the below application form to minimise the chance of delays.
