Warner Lakes is a masterplanned community and Home Design Guidelines are in place to help you design and build your home to a high standard – maximising the value of your investment and enhancing the community as a whole.

Before building, you’ll need to lodge your plans with Peet Limited for approval. This can be done at any time after the contract of sale has been signed.
